XUE BOBO / DELETE ACCOUNT

You can request deletion of your Xue Bobo account and associated data without installing the app.

  1. Email hello@xuebobo.com from the email address registered to your learning account.
  2. Use the subject “Xue Bobo account deletion”. Say whether you want to delete your whole account or request removal of specific data.
  3. We will verify account ownership and reply before processing the request. If you cannot access that email, contact us to discuss verification. Do not send a password or identity document.

An account-deletion request covers your authentication account, profile, learning history and account-associated classroom content and uploaded media. We will explain any data that must be retained for a legal or security reason, and the applicable period, in our reply. Copies independently saved by other group members cannot be removed from their devices by us.

This is a manual request, not an instant deletion button. Clicking below opens your email app; the request is sent only when you send the email. Deleting or uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.
